1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions. You can pay via credit card or bank transfer.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?

3. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. For more details, see our [Returns & Exchanges Policy].
4. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- NZ: 2–5 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Orders are shipped once payment is received and confirmed.
5. My order is damaged or missing — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at Glowwithinnz@gmail.com - with photos of the damaged item or packaging. We’ll make it right.
6. Can I pay with a bank transfer?
Yes! Instructions will be provided at checkout. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
